When you create an account, we store your email and a display name. When you submit a review, we store the full address you enter privately — only the street name and city are shown publicly.

Your information is used to operate RentRecord: authenticating you, de-duplicating addresses, and displaying obscured location labels alongside reviews. We do not sell your personal data.

RentRecord may display ads served by Google AdSense and may include affiliate links to third-party services (such as renters insurance providers). These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads and measure performance.

We use cookies for authentication and session management. Third-party ad partners may set additional cookies as described above.

You can request deletion of your account and reviews at any time by contacting us. Public reviews you've posted may remain in cached form on third-party sites outside our control.
